ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency and support customers effectively.
I’m a graduate of Western Michigan University and am proud to balance a rewarding career with family life. Building strong relationships and creating opportunities for others to succeed are important values both personally and professionally. Our agency is actively involved in the community and believes in giving back and supporting the people and organizations around us.
We offer PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k), health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where team members can grow professionally while enjoying a rewarding career.
We are competitive, goal-oriented, and hold each other accountable while supporting one another along the way. We celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and continuously push ourselves to improve. I’m looking for someone with a winner’s attitude who is hardworking, motivated, competitive, and coachable. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that is focused on growth and success, this could be a great fit for you.
