"Went in today with my mother to help her replace her home and auto policies. Justin was great. He asked good questions and provided clear explanations in helping my mom get the proper coverages. He also pointed out where an agent at another agency head made errors in quoting a policy for my mom, which could have been a problem for her down the road.
